DC Kamrup Recruitment 2021 – Interview for Gaon Burah, 36 Post

DC Kamrup has released a recruitment notice regarding online applications are invited from intending candidates for appearing in Viva Voce Interview for filling up the sanctioned vacant post of Gaon burah in Kamrup district.

B. Remuneration  : Rs 9,000/- (Nine thousand) only – per month.

C. Eligibilty Criteria :

1) Qualifying Age :

1. Candidates should be of minimum 25 yeirs of age on 01/01/2021;
2. Age limit of candidates will be calculated on the basis of Birth Certificate issued by the competent authority, HSLC Admit card / Certificates issued by recognized Board/Council.
3. No other documents shall be accepted in lieu thereof for the purpose.

2) Educational Qualification:

• Candidates should be minimum 10th passed from a Board/ Institution recognised by the Government.

3) Other Criteria :

1. Candidate should be a citizen of India and a permanent resident of the area in respect of which he /she seeks appointment.
2. Candidate should be physically fit and have sound mind.
3. Candidate should not have been declared as an insolvent or defaulter in payment of Govt dues.
4. Candidate should not be a Government employee.
5. Preference shall be given to the family members of Gaonburah and views of the Mouzadar shall be taken into consideration.
6. Candidate should have landed property /immovable property in his/her name in the area in which he/she intends to be appointed as Gaonburah.
7. Candidate should not be a member of any Political Party.
8. Candidate should be a person of high status and command and have a respectable position in the society.
9. Candidate should have worked/ volunteered for the advancement of the Government policies and programmes and rendered assistance in natural calamities.
10. Candidate should not have more than 2 (two) living children from a single or multiple partner (in cognizance to Government of Assam Notification dated 19⁰ July, 2019 vide No. RLR.187/2007/Pt/24 ).
11. Candidate should furnish a self- affidavit that the applicant does not have more than two living children from a single/multiple partner.

D. How to apply

a) The application must be submitted online through official website https://niyukti.assam.gov.in/gaonburahakamrup only and no other form of application will be entertained.

b) The candidates should upload self-attested scanned copies of following documents

• Educational qualification Certificate.
• Age Proof Certificate (i.e birth Certificate issued by the competent authority or HSLC Admit Card/ Certificates issued by the recognized Board/ Council.
• Recent Passport size colour photograph of size 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm with white background.
• Scanned signature of the candidate (Black Ball pen preferably).
• Small Family Norms affidavit.
• Mouzadar certificate confirming that th applicant belongs to the village where he/she is applying for the post o Gaonburah.
• Jamabandi in the name of the applicant/ family member where he/ she is applying for the post of Gaonburah.

E. Period for receipt of online applications :

• Application will be received online from midnight of 06-08-2021 upto 12-00 Noon of 20-08-2021.

F.  Issue of Call Letters:

1. The call letters will be available on the official website link and can be downloaded for appearing in “Viva Voce” whose application are accepted as per eligibility criteria.
2. It may be noted that no separate call letters will be issued and it will be the responsibility of the applicant to take out the print out.
3. No body without call letters shall be allowed to enter the interview venue.

Note:-

1. Candidate must carry all testimonials in original at the time of interview.
2. Details of Lots/ village may be seen in the office of the DC/ SDO(C) / All Circle Office of Kamrup district and https//kamrup.assam.gov.in.
3. No TA/ DA will be admissible for appearing in the interview.
4. The date, time and venue of the Viva Voce interview will be published through official website.
5. No request for admission for participation in the interview on another day will be accepted in case candidate fails to attend the interview on the scheduled date.
6. Eligible candidates scoring highest marks in the Viva Voce will be selected for the post of Gaonburah.
7. The decision of the Deputy Commissioner, Kamrup, Amingaon as to the eligibility or otherwise of a candidate for admission to the interview venue shall be final.
