Shall be responsible for looking after a minimum of 20 Bank branch offices and approximately 200 staff members. Shall be responsible for overall business growth (both Assets and liability) Recovery & NPA Management as well as People Management. |
| 5 | Cluster Business Manager (A cluster comprises of 6 – 8 branches) | 22 | Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university. PG diploma in Management preferred | Minimum 7-10 years of experience in sales / Branch operations. Should possess excellent knowledge of banking products & processes with team handling experience. Preference will be on leadership quality in leading a team of 75 -100 staff members. |
| 6 | Branch Head | 30 | Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university. PG diploma in Management preferred | Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Branch Operations with good knowledge of banking products and regulatory requirements in banking. Should he responsible for overall branch performance both Asset and liability as well as Recovery for which knack of leading from the front as well as 360 degree view of branch operations is required. |
