Documents Verification (DV) Date : 21.09.2021
VENUE : candidates are advised to check their Name, Date of Document verification & reporting timing in the declared list below and they should Report on said date & time without fail at “Gate No. 09, Alcock Yard, Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Ltd., Mumbai 400010”
Important Instructions for the Shortlisted Candidates:
1.Candidates are required to bring their Call Letter / Admit Card while reporting for Document Verification. In absence of Call Letter / Admit Card they will not be allowed inside the Company.
2. Candidates are advised to bring below mentioned documents in Original & 1 set photocopy while reporting for Documents Verification. In absence of Original Documents, Candidates will not be allowed to attend document verification. : A) Valid Proof of Date of Birth (i.e. Birth Certificate, School Leaving Certificate etc), B) Proof of Qualification Mark sheet (i.e. Class 8th Mark sheet For Group C), (C) Proof of Passing Qualifying Examination (i.e. Class 8th For Group C) in First Attempt with 50% for General (UR / Open), OBC, EWS, Divyang (PH) & AFC Category Candidates. For SC /ST Candidates Only Passing in First Attempt. D). Proof of Caste Certificate i.e. SC/ST and Valid Caste & Non Creamy Layer Certificate for OBC Category Candidates. EWS Certificate issued by competent authority for EWS category candidates. E). Divyang candidates are required to bring Disability Certificate given by Competent Authority at the time of Document Verification. F). A.F.C. (Armed Force Children) candidates are required to produce Service Certificate of their Parents at the time of Document Verification. (G) In Case of GEN, OBC. SEBC, EWS & AFC Category applicants, Proof / Slip of Application Fees submitted, by Online Mode.
3. Candidates Should NOT bring Camera, Mobile Phones with or Without Camera, Laptop and any other type of Electronic Device etc. inside the Company.
4. Selection for apprenticeship will be subjected to declaration of fitness by Medical Officer in a prescribed format. Otherwise candidature will be rejected.
5. Travelling / Dearness (TA/DA) will not be paid for attending Medical & Document Verification.
6. Please note that at any Stage if it is found that Candidate does not fulfill the Eligibility Criteria, his / her candidature will be cancelled.
