Assam Agriculture University Recruitment 2021 – Various Post

Assam Agriculture University, Jorhat has released a notification regarding walk in interview (Online/Offline interview) for selection of suitable candidates for the following contractual posts under Directorate of Research(Agri.), AAU, Jorhat for CBBO Programme.

Last Date : 16th August, 2021

1. Name of the Post with no. of post and place of posting : Agril. Marketing Manager (01 at PIU, HRS, Kahikuchi).

Minimum educational qualification and experience ;

Educational Qualification: The applicant must possess MBA in marketing or a closely related field from a recognized Institute.
Working Experience: The applicant should be having experience with handling Agri. Products or working experiences in agril. based MNC, food processing company or experience in Agri. products sale for 2-3 years.
Computer Skills: The applicant should have expertise in using computer and Internet based applications etc.
Desirable qualifications/Experience. Skills etc: Experience of working in complex, multi stakeholder, fast moving environment and ability to work under pressure, strict deadlines and multitasking. Good Social, analytical and planning skills; the candidate must show initiative, synthesis, organization and personal dynamism, be self-motivated and should possess ability to work independently as well as in teams.

Remuneration (Per Month) : Rs. 39,000/- (fixed)

2. Name of the Post with no. of post and place of posting : Accounts Manager -cum- MIS Expert (02 nos. at PIU & AAU, Jorhat)

Minimum educational qualification and experience ;

Educational Qualification: The applicant must possess at least a Degree in Commerce /Accountancy/ Finance and Accounts or a closely related field from a recognized University /Institute with sound knowledge on computer application.
Working Experience: The applicant preferably have at least three(3) years of professional experience in accounting management in any Public /private sector organization.

Computer Skills: The applicant must have proficiency in using and working with Tally Accounting System/ MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point and other related applications.
Desirable qualifications/Experience. Skills etc: Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Accounting. Experience of working in complex, multi stakeholder, fast moving environment and ability to work under pressure, strict deadlines and multitasking. Good Social, analytical and planning skills; the candidate must show initiative, synthesis, organization and personal dynamism, be self-motivated and should possess ability to work independently as well as in teams.

Remuneration (Per Month) : Rs. 24,000/- (fixed)

3. Name of the Post with no. of post and place of posting : Office Assistant (02 nos. at PIU & AAU, Jorhat)

Minimum educational qualification and experience :

Educational Qualification: The applicant should possess at least a Graduate (minimum three years duration) degree in any field from a recognized University/institution.
Working Experience: The applicant must have at least one year experience in office management/secretarial work in any public or private sector organization.
Computer Skills: Applicant should have knowledge in computer application, with advanced knowledge of Office Management, proficiency in MS office Applications (like Word, Excel, Power Point etc.) including e-mail.

Remuneration (Per Month) : Rs. 17,000/- (fixed)

4. Name of the Post with no. of post and place of posting : Field Co-ordinator (17 nos. on various location of Assam)

Minimum educational qualification and experience :

Educational Qualification: The applicant should possess at least a Graduate (minimum three years duration) degree in any field from a recognized University/institution.
Working Experience: The applicant must have at least one year experience in office management/secretarial work in any public or private sector organization.
Computer Skills: Applicant should have knowledge in computer application, with advanced knowledge of Office Management, proficiency in MS office Applications (like Word, Excel, Power Point etc.) including e-mail.

Remuneration (Per Month) : Rs. 18,000/- (fixed)

Selection Process:

  1. Screening based on ToR.
  2. The Selection process for the post of Agril. Marketing Manager can be done through Walk in Interview (Offline) only.
  3. Online interview will be held followed by Skill test for the posts of Accounts Manager-cum- MIS Expert & Office Assistant and Online interview will be held for the post of Field Coordinator only.
  4. The applicant should not be more than 35 years as on 1st April, 2021.

Online/Offline interview Venue :

Online/Offline interview) will be held in the 0/o the Directorate of Research(Agri.), AAU, Jorhat.
